365 Days, Day 64

Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose (From the television show The Wonder Years)

Every man's memory is his private literature (Aldous Huxley)

We went to watch Inception. I could not stay and watch – I had to leave the theatre mid-way through. I do not want to know what happened at the end. Right now it feels as though I am in my own dream and just looking at everything in a floating surreal way.

I am sifting through childhood memories tonight in order to maintain some semblance of control in the surrealism of present existence. There are too many emotions and too much information to digest. Routine helps keep order in the midst of chaos.
