365 Days, Day 217

Let go of the idea that the path will lead you to your goal. The truth is that with each step we take, we arrive. Repeat that to yourself every morning: 'I've arrived.' That way you'll find it much easier to stay in touch with each second of your day (Paulo Coelho)

There is alchemy at work when our past, our present, and our future convene in the present moment (Susan Velasquez)

They have arrived!

AriƩl and I drove to Heathrow airport to fetch Kyle and Sarah. The journey there was uneventful and quick. Their plane landed a bit early (but we were already waiting), they came out sooner than we expected (within 40 minutes of landing) and the journey home was quick and straightforward.

It is delicious to have them in our little home: they have met Lily, Tom had prepared a lovely supper for us, we have caught up a bit and now it’s time to settle down for the night.

Past, present and future in the present moment.
